Fredericksburg Dog Park
Welcome to the Fredericksburg Dog Park, a spacious and friendly off-leash area where dogs of all sizes can run, play, and socialize! Located within the beautiful Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park, this five-acre facility, which was opened on December 14, 2018, is a favorite for local pet owners and visitors alike.

Park Features
- Separate fenced areas for large and small dogs
- Shaded seating areas for pet parents
- Water fountains for dogs and humans
- Waste bag dispensers and trash bins
- Natural landscaping and open space for running
Dog Park Rules & Etiquette
To keep the park safe and enjoyable for everyone:
- Dogs must be supervised at all times
- Clean up after your pet—bags are provided
- Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the park
- Aggressive dogs are not allowed
- Dogs must be vaccinated and in good health
- No food (human or dog) inside the fenced areas
