Customers can now view their full bill presentation, sign up for paperless billing, check billing history, opt-in to auto pay, review stored payment information, select email notification preferences, and much more.
When you visit the site, you will need to establish a new online account or checkout as a guest.
If you had auto pay set with the City's previous provider, you will need to visit Xpress Bill Pay to set up a new Auto Pay. If you were previously signed up for paperless billing, you will need to re-establish this by creating an account and opting in for paperless billing.
