The size of the meter serving customers now determines the minimum monthly charge. Tiered Rate Structures have changed promoting water conservation. Rates for all properties lying outside the City Limits shall continue to be double the inside rates, including minimums. Note: Most Residential type customers are served by a 5/8 inch water meter.
