Luau Party

Presented by the Parks & Recreation Department, the inaugural Luau Party Weekend

at Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park Pool!

What to Expect:

• A fun themed pool weekend with family & friends.
• Yard games.
• Cold treats available for purchase.

Reaching Capacity:

• We operate by the American Red Cross standard of 1 lifeguard per every 25 patrons in the facility. 
• Texas Administrative Code states that lifeguards can only be on surveillance for a maximum of 60 minutes.  
• Once maximum capacity is reached, we are required to operate on a 1 in - 1 out system. 

What We Want You To Know:

• American Red Cross requires that we are only allowed to have US Coast Guard approved life saving devices. Inflatables, pool noodles, boogie boards, and large floats are not US Coast Guard approved life saving devices, so please leave these items at home.
• Please feel free to bring a cooler with food and drinks but do know that alcohol and Styrofoam are strictly prohibited. 
• Groups larger than 25 will be turned away.
