Fredericksburg, Texas – The City of Fredericksburg’s 2025 Fourth of July Parade will take place on Friday, July 4 at 10 a.m. on Main Street.
Those interested in participating are asked to complete a brief form with a description of the parade entry. There is no charge to enter the parade and the only requirement for participation is that the entry be patriotically decorated.
Applications to participate in the parade can be completed online, picked up at the Fredericksburg Visitor Information Center at 302 E. Austin St. during normal business hours or downloaded from the parade website: fbgtx.org/1082/Fourth-of-July-Parade.
To request an application via email, contact specialevents@fbgtx.org. Applications should be returned no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, via e-mail specialevents@fbgtx.org or dropped off to the Visitor Information Center.
This year’s parade is slated to feature over 100 patriotic entries. Starting at Adams Street, the parade will travel east on Main Street before u-turning at Washington Street and continuing west on Main until Bowie Street.
The line-up for the parade will start at 8 a.m. on July 4, behind the Gillespie County Courthouse along Nimitz Parkway and all entries are asked to be in place by 9:30 a.m.
The parade will once again be live streamed and available for re-watch by FBG.live.
