City Launches 2025 Neighborhood Town Hall Series

Press Releases Posted on March 21, 2025

Fredericksburg, Texas – The City of Fredericksburg is set to begin a Neighborhood Town Hall series aimed at fostering open dialogue between residents and local officials.

"These events are a great opportunity for our residents to have their voices heard and to collaborate with us on making Fredericksburg an even better place to live,” City Manager Clinton Bailey said. “Our town hall series was a great success in 2023 and we look forward to engaging with our community again and working together on solutions that benefit everyone."

This 18-month initiative will provide a platform for community members to discuss important topics, share ideas, and engage directly with City leaders, including City staff, police and elected officials.

The series will take place once a month in various locations throughout the City, ensuring accessibility for all residents. Each session will focus on key matters such as traffic solutions, growth and development plans, ways to get involved in local government programs like Fredericksburg Citizen University, and opportunities to connect with city officials through other events like Coffee with the City Manager. Additionally, residents are encouraged to bring up any other items they wish to discuss with local officials.

The first event in the series is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26. Details regarding the time, location, and future dates will be communicated directly to residents through flyers and signage in their neighborhoods as well as available at fbgtx.org/1291/Neighborhood-Town-Halls.
