Fredericksburg, Texas – The City of Fredericksburg, in partnership with South Texas Blood & Tissue, will hold a community blood drive on Thursday, May 29, from 1-6 p.m.
The event at Marktplatz aims to support local patients in need of life-saving blood donations.
Prospective donors are asked to sign up at: https://donor.southtexasblood.org/donor/schedules/drive_schedule/149759.
Donors will be able to draw for an H-E-B gift card between $10-$150 and a voucher for a pint of ice cream.
To ensure an efficient process, donors will be asked to complete a health questionnaire sent via text on the morning of the drive before their appointment.
