You must enter your initial appearance by the appearance date on your citation.
You may enter your appearance:
1) in person,
2) by attorney, or
3) by mailing the completed Reply Form or other written plea to the Court.
Please review the Reply Form for additional information on available options to resolve your case. If you do not enter an appearance by your appearance date, additional charges may be filed against you and a warrant for your arrest may be issued.
Telephone calls are not an appearance.
Defendants under age 17 must appear in person with a parent or guardian (please call for an appointment).
ALTERNATIVES TO FULL PAYMENT OF FINE OR COST
If you are assessed fine(s) or costs in your case(s), and are unable to pay the full amount of fine(s) or costs owed, and the court determines that you are indigent or that you do not have sufficient resources or income to immediately pay all or part of the fine(s) and costs, there are alternatives to full payment of fine(s) or costs, including time payment plans, performance of community service, waiver of all or a part of the fine(s) or costs, or any combination of these.
