The John Wm. Klein Meeting Room sits on the northwest corner of Marktplatz. This indoor facility is air-conditioned and includes tables and chairs for up to 120 attendees (theater-style). The facility includes the indoor meeting room, catering/serving area, and north patio (facing Austin Street).
Reservations can be made up to one year in advance, but no less than 15 days prior to your event. Payment of the security deposit and reservation fee is required at the time of the reservation. Requests for reservations can be made online, and will be finalized once staff checks availability. Reservations can be made in-person by setting an up appointment, or over the phone by calling 830-990-2099.
Daily reservations are available. Gillespie County residents receive a reduced rate on reservation fees.
