Vendor Disclosure

The 79th Legislature adopted a requirement for disclosures to become effective January 1, 2006, all vendors seeking to contract with the City of Fredericksburg for the sale or purchase of property, goods or services are required to file a conflict-of-interest questionnaire. The form can be downloaded by visiting the Texas Ethics Commission website. The form is filed with the City Secretary's Office:

Local Government Officer Disclosure 

The Local Government Officer Conflicts Disclosure Statement must be filed once the local government officer becomes aware of facts that require the officer to file this statement in accordance with Chapter 176, Local Government Code. By law this statement must be filed no later than the 7th business day after the person becomes aware of facts that require the statement to be filed. Statements are filed with the City Secretary's Office:
