2020 Holiday Schedule 

The City of Fredericksburg offices, Recycling Center, Landfill, Animal Shelter, and Police Department Offices will be closed on the following days: 

• January 1 - New Years Day
• January 20 - Martin Luther King Day
• April 10 - Good Friday
• May 25 - Memorial Day
• July 3 - Independence Day
• August 21 - Gillespie County Fair
• September 7 - Labor Day
• November 11 - Veteran's Day
• November 26 & 27 - Thanksgiving
• December 24 & 25 - Christmas

There are no garbage collection holidays. Garbage will continue to be picked up as regularly scheduled.
